Instant support within session - any questions you may have about the exercises or fitness in general can be answered there and then.

Flexibility - there may be times when a certain exercise is causing you problems, or a slight injury is preventing some range of movement. I can adapt routines in these scenario's and make sure you're not missing out crucial parts of the workout

Nutrition - free personalised nutrition guide with every PT package! I will calculate exactly how much of the different food groups you should be consuming, along with calories to aim for and in-depth nutritional information and tips.
